Terms of Service

By purchasing from or using the Fraxure Audio website (fraxureaudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or use this site.

All products sold on Fraxure Audio — including sample packs, preset packs, and any other downloadable content — are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon completed payment, a download link is provided immediately.

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements for the product before purchasing. Product pages clearly state which software is required (e.g. Serum 2). A free installation guide is available at fraxureaudio.com/install.

Because digital files are transferred to you instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are not available after download. This is standard practice across the digital goods industry and is consistent with consumer protection laws that exclude intangible digital goods from standard return rights.

The sole exception is if you purchased a product and it was never downloaded or accessed. If you believe this applies to your order, contact us at support@fraxureaudio.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Inability to use a product due to not owning the required software, not understanding installation, or any reason unrelated to a technical failure on our end does not constitute grounds for a refund.

If you have an issue with your purchase, you must contact us at support@fraxureaudio.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all support requests and are happy to assist with technical issues, missing downloads, or any legitimate concern.

Initiating a chargeback on a successfully delivered digital product — including cases where you downloaded the files but were unable to install them — constitutes an unauthorized reversal. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery to your bank
• Permanently revoke your license to use the downloaded files
• Pursue recovery of funds through collections or other legal means
• Ban you from making future purchases on this site

We keep detailed download records and delivery logs and will provide this documentation in any dispute process.

We provide reasonable support to help you install and use your purchased products. A detailed installation guide is available at fraxureaudio.com/install.

For issues not covered by the guide, email support@fraxureaudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to help you get the product working.

Support is provided for installation issues related to our products only. We are not responsible for troubleshooting third-party software (e.g. Serum 2, your DAW, your operating system).

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the purchased sounds and presets in your own music productions.

You may:

• Use the sounds in original compositions for commercial or non-commercial release
• Use the sounds in music distributed on streaming platforms, sold online, or performed live
• Modify, pitch-shift, chop, or otherwise process the sounds

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw files or presets
• Include the unprocessed sounds in another sample pack or sound library
• Transfer or sublicense your license to another person
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original sound designs

This license is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable.

All content on this website — including audio files, presets, graphics, branding, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Fraxure Audio and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from a purchase or use of this website shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Fraxure Audio operates.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
